This is a mix of our weekly variety of spring tulips. Sourced directly from Holland, these premium double tulips are known for their peony-like shape, and dramatic movement in stems. This bouquet will usually have a pink palette, and will typically be made up of double tulips, but may include frilly and parrot tulips as well.

Each bouquet will be carefully wrapped in cotton as tulip stems are soft. Tulips will come CLOSED to ensure longevity. Photo above shows sample tulips placed in a vase.

This is a seasonal item. Tulip season typically goes from January to March, but may end earlier depending on weather in Holland.

– Bouquet will be wrapped in either blue, pink or khaki wrapping paper; with cotton as a water source.
– Tulips will be delivered CLOSED. They will not look like what’s in the photo upon receipt. They will open over the next 24-48 hours.

– Comes in 3, 5, 6, 12, 18, 24 stems

DO NOT pick this item if you are not confident or comfortable with the initial lack of volume of the bouquet.

Why are we only offering this as a mix? Because tulips have soft stems, and soft stems can be problematic, but not all the time. We generally only offer this during spring, because spring is the main harvest season, and is when non-basic tulips are available. We encourage you all to make the most of this season, as this is the only time that peony-like tulips are available. Single-petaled tulips, which are what the majority of the market are used to, are generally available the whole year, and so we opt not to stock them.
