Frequent Fluffer

The following policies govern your inclusion into the Frequent Fluffer (FF) Program ofFlower Shoppes Forever Inc. doing business as Fluff’s Flowers.

Frequent Fluffer (FF) Suki Program

  1. Frequent Fluffers enjoy special rates, but these rates can only be enjoyed offline.
  2. To qualify for FF status, you must have a cumulative spend of P60,000 within a 12-month period.
    a. Orders must be placed via the same name and phone numbers if via
    WhatsApp, SMS or Viber.
    b. Orders made via the website or via Jotform must be placed using the same
    name, phone number, and email address.
    c. Family members cannot consolidate orders made under different names and
    phone numbers into 1 account status.
  3. You can also qualify for FF status by booking an event or wedding with us, subject to our minimum project pricing.
  4. Events clients can only make use of their FF status after full settlement of their contract price.
  5. Once you qualify as an FF, your status is good for 12 months thereafter, and will be renewed if the minimum spend is maintained.
  6. The yearly minimum spend is subject to change without notice.
    a. This is dependent on macro-economic factors.
    b. This will likely follow the rate of inflation – on average 3- 5% compounded annually.
  7. Policies regarding the FF program can be amended at any time. Should this happen, implementation of amendments will take effect 7 days after publication of such amendments to the website and to social media accounts.
